Nutri Gran cereal bar got me sick?!

Question: My brother was sick, 3 days with fever and diarreah. Then I ate a blueberry Nutribar and then started to get fever and vommited all through the morning. I am pretty sure its the box of Nutri Gran my dad picked up at Price Smart. My Dad ate one but he is alright. What should I do, take the box back to Price Smart?

if you got sick from the nutri grain bar then you wouldn`t have a fever.. you would just be throwing up and or diarrhea.. so you probably got the flu..

i get it from eating nuts too fast my diarrea is really runny and stinks
