What can be used with cereal instead of milk?!
Answers: also allergic to soy so soy milk is not an option.
Non dairy creamer- like coffee mate is a pretty good substitute if you want the milk taste and effect. Otherwise- juice, eat it dry, or make cereal bars or muffins.
Orange juice.
Almond milk? You can make it yourself or buy at health food stores. Other than that, water.
Yogurt, chocolate milk, cream, carnation milk, whipped cream
fruit juice is nice, as is yoghurt, warm berrie compote w apple juice,
Mudslides & cornflakes
Maybe some cheerios with fruit juice? That actually sounds pretty good. Thanks.. now I'm hungry! =P
Water, yougart, jello..:)
Chocolate pudding.
Beer?
I knew a kid that used orange juice and sometimes apple juice. I myself use nothing at all. When I have cereal I eat it dry.
what about rice milk then?
Soy milk...come a a few flavors too. Friend of mine swears that Cold Duck.... Or Blue Nun wines go Great on corn flakes.
coconut milk
I take it you are allergic to cow's milk, and you state soy milk as well. You can try Goat's Milk, Camel's milk (is the closest to human Mother's milk). Also, Rice Water, or try oatmeal water. Use a small amount of oatmeal like tablespoon, in a quart of water, and boil it, then strain it. The same with the rice. Can also just add a pinch of cinnamon to each of the rice and oatmeal water. You can also look into the Baby Formulas for one that fits your needs, and thin it down.
I often just dump a small container of yogurt on top of my cereal and forgo the milk completely.
my neighbors used to use water with their cereal....don't know if i could do that, but they loved it
rice milk. found in many grocer's organic foods sections!
I think it sounds really odd but my best mate has orange juice in her rice krispies!!! but she likes it so it must be ok!!
can you have dairy free yoghurt or choc?
I have water in my porridge if thats any help?
