My Hus says he wants to take Nachos to work tonight for their NYE celebration lunch at work, then he went to?!

Question: bed. What do you think he wants to take? I asked him what I needed to buy and he said, "You know, Nachos."
I get that I need chips and salsa. I also know he wants to take some of my dad's peppers. My Hus also likes Sour Cream, so I'm getting that, too, but should I buy Velveta or shredded cheese or make some kind of cheese dip?
He's a nurse, so I'm thinking the shredded cheese might not be what he wants since they sometimes have to grab lunch whenever they can. Help me out, guys. What should I do? Buy both?

you can find jars of premixed soft cheesey dip with the nachos, and usually near the salsa jars. some can be mild or medium or hot. i think that would be the best choice. the chips can be dipped in it cold or it can be heated.
Or you could just put some cheez whiz in a container to be heated.

Make cheese dip with Velveta.

Yes, cheese dip with velveta. You mix a can of chopped tomatos and green chili's with sliced velveta in the microwave. You can do the same thing with velveta and salsa, add hamburger or sausage.....mmmmm it is good! Pop it in a tupperware and tell him to microwave it again when he is ready to eat it.

I would try to make some nacho dip in the crock pot. (you can use the velvetta cheese and hamburger recipe) Then he can take it to work, and it will be warm all night. The you can get him some shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and any other toppings you might want and then can make their own.
