If you have time make fruit salad ( grapes, banana, apples, pear) to keep it from turning add a little bit of lemon juice and for sweetness some brown sugar.
For a drink I like the individual orange juice containers or a good old Capri Sun.
For dessert something simple is best. Bring a ho-ho or cupcake. If you have any cookies those work well, too.

Bring a turkey and cheese wrap. Put in turkey, your favorite cheese, mustard or ketchup or mayo, and roll it up in a tortila bread thingy. Bring a pear. Buy one of those flavored waters. And bring 2 pieces of small candy, your choice. I did this once and was filled up for the day. If you want, pack some chips in your lunch so you aren't super hungry. If you can't do this, get a lunchable. Not exactly heathly, but yummy.

Main dish-- turkey sandwich or turkey wrap with lettuce, tomato, and mustard (no mayo); in a tupperware container or paper bowl covered with plastic wrap take a salad with cooked chicken, tomato, cucumber, and other veggies, and dressing, cheese, croutons, etc in separate plastic baggies or small containers to add when you are ready to eat; hot water in thermos with single serving soup mix packets; or if you have a microwave, a hot pocket or single serving pizza.
