its really easy to make just butter, sugar, and light corn syrup. there are recipes everywhere and you can make it as crunchy as you like and add any kind of nut but good ones are

symphony makes a good chocolate bar with almonds and toffee bits
but by far the best is homemade (plus you get way more for your money, in about the time it takes to go to the corner store.)
a heath bar has toffee i think
i just had some wonderful candies called "toffeefay" or something similar in name from my sister-in-law, she said they were from the Dollar store. but they tasted like they weren't cheap. and they didn't stick to the teeth as much as other toffee candies i've had.
