You should try to get a balanced mix of: fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein (meat), and dairy (don't worry about fat it will find it's way in). Also, take a multi-vitamin to ensure you are getting all the nutrition you need-make sure it has calcium, you'll need it for your growing bones which are forming crucial calcium deposits during the first 20 years of your life. Proper nutrition now will lead to healthy skin, teeth, and a better looking, healthy you later.

Lastly, I calculated you BMI. You're actually underweight.

If you are concerned about your weight and nutrition please talk to your family doctor. You're so young don't form an unhealthy relationship with food now. Don't worry too much about what you eat, it's new years: enjoy yourself!

I think I'm going to throw up! Those are some sick foods. I don't think it's too many calories tho.

thats bloody execlient in my opinion but lay of the pizza trust me thats a grea diet apart from the pizza

No, in fact it may be to little as your body is developing and in need of nutrition. It is a good diet, but don't worry about it.

Too few calories. You are underweight and need to gain. Your body is starving.

That's great, you should be eating that amount at your age, unless you want to be a skinny, size 0 shrimp
