Bulgogi
Popular Korean barbecue dish so easy to prepare

Ingredients
1/2 k beef sirloin sukiyaki cut
Marinade: Combine -
3 tbsp MAGGI Savor Classic
1 tbsp. rice wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
Siding:
1 pc 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cube dissolved in
2 cups water
1/4 cup spring onions chopped
1/2 k bean sprouts
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp spring onions
Procedure
1. Marinate beef in MAGGI Savor mixture.
2. Cook in Korean BBQ pit or stir-fry skillet until cooked.
3. Meanwhile in a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Blanch bean sprouts in boiling broth for about 2 minutes.
4. Drain bean sprouts and toss in sesame oil and spring onions. Serve with cooked bulgogi.

My fave recipe for leftover cooked meats (nothing with sauces, etc. on them, though) like ham, roast, steak, etc. which you have thrown in the freezer over the past couple of weeks, is to thaw them and then grind them up all together (meat grinder is preferred, but I suppose you could do them in a food processor?) with some onion and salt/pepper. (Haven't got enough leftover meat? Use some keilbossa or smoked sausage.) Then heat thoroughly in a frying pan. Meanwhile, boil some rotini (curly) noodles. Add the cooked noodles to your meat mixture. Voila! DELISH dish!!! Just serve with a salad. (You can always grind the meats as you go along and simply freeze the mixture in ziplock bags for SUPER FAST meals later.)
Another old favorite is to make up a box of Mac&Cheese, add a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, and whatever I have on hand - usually tuna, but it could be chopped up leftover ham, hot dogs, meatloaf, hamburgers, etc. I like veggies so I add a finely chopped onion and a cup or two of cooked mixed veggies. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Beef in Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
2/3 lb. beef (prefer beef tenderloin)
1/3 C. shredded onion
Marinated ingredient:
1 T. of soy sauce
1 t. of vinegar
1/2 T. of sesame oil
1 T. of egg white
2 T. of cornstarch
Black pepper sauce:
2 T. of oyster sauce
1 T. of soy sauce
1 T. of sugar
2 T. of chopped garlic
1 T. of chopped onion
2 T. of black pepper
4 T. of water
Procedures:
Cut the beef into long stripes (finger size), mix them with marinated ingredient for at least 2 hours.
Prepare the black pepper sauce: stir fry chopped onion till the color turns to transparent; add chopped garlic and the rest of the ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Heat 1/2 C. of oil, deep-fry beef sticks over medium heat until the color changes; then remove them and drain. Remove all but 3 T. of oil from pan; re-heat the oil and stir fry chopped shredded onion, beef stick, and 3 T. of black pepper sauce and mix well. Serve immediately.
I like my moms version of sheaperds pie.
Take hamburger meat and cook it, put in a cassorole dish. Add cut corn, green beans and baked beans on top. Then add mashed potatoes and finally shreaded cheese on top. (everything layered) cook in over for about 10 mins. Take out and server. Very yummy! great as leftovers too!

All American pot roast. A two pound boneless chuck roast, carrots, two onions, potatoes, bell pepper(green), 2 14 ounce cans of beef broth or vegetable, salt&pepper.Heat your dutch oven till it gets hot, then put in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, heat it up then sprinkle some salt&pepper on both sides of the roast put it in the pan and brown it on both sides.Heat your oven to 325 put the rest of the vegetables in the pot, add the broth, put the top on it and bake it for one hour and 20 minutes.The meat should be fork tender, if not cook it for another 20 minutes.
easy braised drunken chuck roast,in a crock pot add your roast, garlic ,basil, oregano, tomato sauce 2 cans,1qt beef broth,2 cups red wine,kosher salt, and black pepper.cover set on low for 2 1/2 hours , add baby red potatoes, cover for 2 more hours . serve and enjoy.
