Get plenty of Sleep! Once you wake up, get lots of liquid into your system, like coke, water, juices, and coffee (not alcohol).
Have another of what you drinking last night. It will make you fell better,trust me

YES!! Gatorade!!! It works every time for me. Don't drink alot at once but slowly drink the bottle for an hour or so.

eat raw eggs yes it sounds disgusting but it works.and the next time you drink before you go to bed make sure you drink plenty of water its stops hangovers.
Go for a run followed by a fry up
*Sleep. Rest is your best friend at this point to give your body a recover. It is best to stay in bed so call in to work if you have to, tell them you have the stomach flu. You will sound so horrible on the phone they may believe you (unless they saw you at the bar, not a good idea then).
* Replenish your body with fruit juice and water.
* Avoid caffeine. A weak cup of coffee may be okay but a lot of caffeine will continue to dehydrate you, the opposite of what you want right now.
* Drink orange juice for Vitamin C.
*Take a shower, switching between cold and hot water.
*Try Alka Seltzer Morning Relief.
*The side effects of aspirin, Tylenol and ibuprofen can be magnified when alcohol is in your system, so it is best (even though it may be the first thing you reach for) to avoid them to kill the hangover pain. Aspirin is a blood thinner, just like alcohol, and can intensify its effects and Tylenol (or acetaminophen) can cause more damage to your liver. Ibuprofen can also cause stomach bleeding. So be cautious when going for the quick relief.
2 tablets of Resolve if you have any, plenty of water, a strong cup of coffee and lots of sleep.
mix pure orange juice with water. also soluble vitiamin c is very good as it gives 800% vitamin c and the water provides hydration.

If you were drinking hard liquir, take 3/4 of a glass of tomato juice and add the following:
1- one raw egg
2- four tablespoons of Texas Pete or Tabassco Sauce
3- two teaspoons of whestershire sauce
4- one heaping tablespoon of sugar
5- one teaspoon of cooking oil
6- two regular aspirins
Blend it all together and drink it down. It sounds terrible, but it is really rather good and it puts the nutrients back in your system that the alcohol depletes. It won't get rid of the hangover completely, but it will give you the energy to get the day started.
Drink cold water till your urine is like water and do some light aerobic exercise (dance to very soft music).

Step 1: get up and have 3 solpadeine and a litre of water
Step 2: Go back to bed and sleep until when you wake it doesn't feel like your head will fall off.
Step 3: Time for greasy stodge and sugar: my personal favourite is large bacon sandwich (white bread) and MacDonalds Vanilla Milkshake. Others swear by flat coke, chips etc. it doesn't really matter, as long as it contains plenty of fat and sugar.
Step 4: Go back to bed for another 2-4 hours

(ANS) Its the ETHANOL in the alcohol you drink that causes the hang over effect, its does this by causing dehydration. And specifically dehydration of the brain itself. Therefore your body & brain probably needs re-hydrating, which means in order to reduce the hang over you need to drink lots of plain water (filtered or bottled water).
**Also recommended is going for a long but gentle walk in the fresh air, followed by a normal good nights sleep (That is if the room has stopped spinning by then? :-))
