Are jalapenos bad 4 u?!

Question: are they

Answers: are they

no. Jalape?os contain a substance called capsaicin that has shown to have anti-cancer effects. However the amount needed to achieve this effect is relatively high, with up to eight habanero peppers per week (roughly equivalent to 24 jalape?os).Jalapenos are good and if your stomach can handle them, they have a lot of antibiotic, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. I've known people to get stomach ulcers from them, but if you digest them well, then go ahead and eat them. Just stay away from the deep-fried ones.

No, as a matter of fact, they have been known to help you lose weight. Scientist have found that spicy foods can actually help you burn more fat than dieting alone as well as help you if you have food poisoning.

NO!

jalapenos are food of gods . . . very high in vitamin C, ymmy, can raise fat burning capability.

And they make fried chicken into ambrosia? Pico de GallO!

I'm sure that an answer to your question has already been posted. However, an interesting fact you might care to know is that spicy food kills the taste buds (which grow back quickly). This causes pain, which releases endorphines in the brain (an opiat most likely of morphine derivative), which could result in an addiction to spicy food.
