CassClay??????????!

Question: if you don't know what CassClay is - it's a brand of milk (and other dairy products). I am curious if anyone knows why it was named class clay and also if you have heard fo the brand before ~ and if you have, what state or region you have seen it in (this is ofcourse optional ~ i'm curious how widely the brand is distributed)......
