Hot and spicy bowl of Chinese beef noodles (tenderly cooked beef cubes, hand made noodles (no machines involved), perfectly seasoned broth, spicy and a sprinkle of pickled Chinese cabbage) and a side of scallion pan cakes. My favorite comfort food combo.
