It's a matter of preference, really. They are both very sour, but I find limes to be sweeter than lemons due to the lime's lower acidity. Therefore, I would say limes. I have nothing against lemons at all. Really.

Really depends on what I plan to make or cook. I use them both. It the recipe calls for one or the other that's what I use.
Except there is a summer punch that I make and I use both in that.
