Answers: grape fruits are the devils food because it is the most bitter and tangy fruit i have ever tasted but yet it is one of the most healthiest fruit out there.

so im just wondering, if the tang-yer, the better?

it means there is less natural sugar. doesn't mean theres more vitamins though

i think so

no.. it just depends on the fruit.

Yes !

I believe the colour is the defining element of the goodness of a fruit, deeper, richer colours are more nourishing.

Tangy fruit usually contains more vitamin C

think so. i think citrus fruit have the most vitamins

maybe more of vitamin C

but carrots have more vitamin A (beta-carotene)

Not exactly, they have different vitamins, not necessarily more.

Vitamin C, otherwise known as citric acid, is what gives many fruits their tangy/sour taste. In fact, concentrated citric acid is commonly used as the main ingredient in sour candies.

No, it's just the Vitamin C because vitamin c is an acid.

depends on which vitamin your talking about.

No. Bananas and avocados are also some of the most nutritious fruits out there. It depends on which vitamins you are referring to. Many of the tangy ones have a lot of vitamin c.

it depends what tangy means to you if it means vitaminy to you than yes if tangy means tangy than no

I've not been told one is better then the others, but they do have different vitamins. So you need to eat a good amount of different colored fruits and veggies. They are now saying for kids to have colorful plates at dinner time and to not use the same fruits and veggies all the time
The colors are green, blue (purple included with blue), yellow, orange, red...ect

No every fruit has its own vitamins , so every fruit is different. Taste has nothing to do with vitamins.
