The BEST way to eat a pomegranate is to get a big bowl of water, then break the pomegranate open a little bit with your fingers or a knife, try not to break any, and dont slice it. Then, with your hands in the bowl, break it all the way open. This way, there wont be any squirting seeds or juice. Keep rubbing the seeds off of the rind and they will all float to the surface. Then you can take a strainer and scoop them up, and there you have a nice pomegranate to eat, with no yellow rind mess!

I try to pull them out one by one. Then I eat the whole thing, including seeds. The seeds give a lot of fiber.

Eat them by the handful and spit the seeds out after all of the fruit is gone.

Pomegranates rock my world! Cut the pomegranate in half, scoop out the pulp & seeds and eat! You chew and swallow seeds---don't spit.

You slice it opened.I eat the seeds and everything.I always thought you were supposed to.

I eat it like witchywo

I peel the skin and get everything inside into a bowl. and then i just eat them one piece at a time.

>> You eat the seeds & seed pulp ~ (I've been told NOT the flesh of the fruit) I have a pomegranate bush in my yard ~ the fruit is a deep, dark red (outer surface) in colour when ripe.
The seeds & seed pulp a pink colour. They have a very unusual flavour.
