Would you lose weight doing the extremes?!

Question: I read in the local newspapers that people would go to jail just to lose weight. In jail, under federal law, they have to feed you a mininum of 750 calories the whole day. or something like that, my friend's parole officer said that.

Would you want them to control your intake in jail or would you rather have a healthy freely choice to eat what you want to lose the weight you want?

Lets see.........lose weight or continue to be a law abiding citizen???

And dearie, anyone in jail should not be given a choice of what to eat, do, wear.....etc....etc.... That is ridiculous!
Attention Death Row would you guys like to watch Two and a Half Men or Law and Order????

Look up Maricopa Arizona Jail.........the sheriff of that county goes to extremes to make inmates uncomfortable.
