I need a snack I can eat throughout the day at school?!


Question: I'm a skinny girl, (115 lbs.) and in high school. I have a high metabolism, so I don't gain weight when I eat. I'm constantly hungry during the day and I need an idea for a snack I can bring to school that I can eat here and there that will last the WHOLE day.

Do not say chips, or cookies. I want ideas for something fairly healthy that tastes good and is slightly salty. =)

nuts
small cut down sandwich
fruit like banana or apple or grape
juice
milk/yougrt
chocolate bar(healty one with cereal)

nuts or cheese

pretzels or almonds are really healthy and good alternatives to chips

trail mix is a good one!

I say pretzels!!

Almonds and pretzels. You can find a lot at your grocery store or you can have crackers and cheese that have salt in the crackers.

peanuts! many benefits to snacking on them

South beach diet bars are the best. They are delicious and are really filling, some great flavors too!
