Help with my family's junk food craze?!

Question: my brother and dad, (not mom), are OBSESSED with junk food.
my mom and i are trying to eat healthy (i already do) and so she went to the store for organic food, fruit, vegetables, etc. she came back with not only that, but junk food once again!!

i need strategies on how to avoid cravings for food like that!?
(ps, i dont really likes chips all that much, mostly sweets)

Maybe you can go to the store with your mom and pick out some healthy snacks for the two of you. When you are hungry is when you are weak. Another weak time is while watching television. I heard that many people put on weight while watching television. I know I love to snack while watching television. Anyway, the healthy snacks will come in handy during those times. There are a lot of very good healthy snack in the grocery store. If you find something that you really like, try to introduce it to you father and brother without telling them that it is healthy. That is one way to get them discretely to eat healthier. In turn, it will cut back on some of the unhealthy foods and your temptation to eat them.

just find somthing else that you like thats not bad for you.....

Set a schedule for mealtimes like breakfast, snack, lunch, tea and dinner. Make something delicious. That way after having a proper meal, you shall cease to crave for additional food eg junk food. Once in awhile it's ok to eat those chips but dont make it a main course. Most important is self discipline otherwise nothing will change.

There are all kinds of low-cal sweets at the store you just have to look, depending on what you like.
