What do you think of breaded raviolis?!
Answers: I think it would be akin to 'gilding the lily'. I love homemade ravioli, perfect with a little red or white sauce or even Extra virgin olive oil & grated Parmesan & cracked black pepper. I have had them breaded & sauteed, very nice, but I prefer them to be unbreaded & pure to the mouth of texture.
