What do you think of breaded raviolis?!

Question: I think it would be akin to 'gilding the lily'. I love homemade ravioli, perfect with a little red or white sauce or even Extra virgin olive oil & grated Parmesan & cracked black pepper. I have had them breaded & sauteed, very nice, but I prefer them to be unbreaded & pure to the mouth of texture.

Thank you, my mother in law made the best I have ever tasted. Report It

  • I think they are wonderful, as long as they are fried! ;-) They serve them as an appetizer usually...very nice!

    i think

    good as hell.

    mhmm.

I am from where they invented them. The Hill in St. Louis Missouri but we call them "Toasted Ravioli" (even though they are fried) and they are absolutely fabulous! You can buy frozen ones in some stores but not near as good.
