I like my eggs poached.

Better still, I prefer eggs benedict, Freshly toasted english muffin, buttered + 1 slice Canadian back bacon and add to that a poached egg & top with Hollandaise sauce.

You didn't say what you liked best.

    I was going to say an omlette, but YUMMY to the deviled eggs!
    i can't choose between scrambled and hard boiled.....

    over mediumat home...but when I go out for breakfast...I almost always order some kind of omelette...
    Sunny side up for b-fast. Otherwise hardboiled or deviled.
    lol, me too i muss be bored for answering this, but here goes.1st-poached..2nd-over-medium. 3rd-omletes..4thdevilled eggs.
    Egg sandwich, Deviled, scrambled
    Hard boiled. I slice it and put it on toast. Mmmmm!
    Scrambled - especially with onion and hot pepper cheese mixed in.

    But lately it's dippy eggs (don't know the proper name!) I am just so thrilled because I've finally learned how to make them without breaking the yolk or cooking the yolk too much.
    Scrambled with ketchup!
    Scrambled with ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, then put into a warm burrito with sour cream, fresh tomatoes, and cheese.
    Probably have to go with an omelet. But I also like boiled, deviled, Benedict, over easy, scrambled.
