Is this a good diet, or not? Please help me!?!

Question: Breakfast: Nothing but 1 glass of water.

Snack: 1 piece of fruit + glass of water.

Lunch: ( Around 12.30pm)
EITHER:
*Tuna + Cucumber Sandwich
* Tub of salad ( home-made with no dressings)
* Jacket potato with salad + tuna
+ Glass of water.

Snack: 1 piece of fruit + glass of water.

Tea/Dinner:
Either:
* Jacket potato with salad + tuna.
* Chicken breast, vegetables, mash potatos.
* Pasta with tomato sauce
* Garlic chicken kiev + low fat chips
+ glass of water.

Snack 1 hour before bed:
1 piece of fruit + a glass of water.

Then throughout the night:
1 glass of water.

Thanks.
How much weight would I lose following this meal plan?
Also, if there is any changes I should make, do say.
On top of that food, I'll also be walking 4 miles, and doing a work-out video for 30 minutes.

Thanks, I shall choose a best answer also.

First off you need to eat breakfast to give your metabolism a jump start. "Breakfast" means to 'break the fast' that your body has been going through all night. Maintaining healthy eating habits by eating small amounts more often through the day will increase your metabolism in order to burn more calories. Chew food slowly as well. You will find you will fill up quicker and be eating less food. A good rule of thumb is to lose 2 lbs a week. You will develop better eating habits rather than starving yourself. Burn more calories than your body takes in and the pounds will melt away. Eating spicy foods will also increase your metabolism. The water you drink is good for you. Giving up soda pop, diet and regular will take off pounds as well. Limit your portions of potatoes and pasta. Starches and bad carbs can make it difficult to lose weight if you are getting too much. 1/2 of a baked potato is enough rather than two whole ones a day. You will also tire of that. Make sure you are getting a good variety of healthy lean meat for protein, (no larger than the palm of your hand,) and and plenty of fruits and veggies. Bread is another problem, so leave it out or limit it daily. Remember what you're eating to lose weight should be foods that you will continue to eat in order to keep it off. Too many times people will go on a fad diet, or limit foods they can have to only later begin to introduce favorite foods that will pack it back on. Boring diets will set you up for failure, so what you eat daily, and weekly should consist of foods you want to eat for the rest of your life. It sounds like your excercise is a good program. That will really help burn the calories and tone your body. As far as how much you will lose, go for the 2 lbs a week. You want to keep it off. You should be able to lose that much. If you hit a plateau, cut a few calories and/or excercise more. It will soon begin to come off again. Good luck.

I think it sounds good but you need to eat breakfast, oatmeal is healthy for breakfast.

That is a great diet plan!

good you will prob lose about half a pound to a pound a week, you do need to eat breakfast eat cereal that's low fat and good for you , also maybe include more fruit you will lose more in the first few weeks maybe as much as 4 pounds but this will be water and the fat will come of at a pound a week any more and you are losing muscle

Not even reading past "no breakfast" You need breakfast, first of all it gets your metabolism up and working. It should be the meal you consume the most calories at because you'll be burning calories all day!!!!!
You do NOT want to skip meals as you need to keep your blood sugar on an even keel...a MUST for actually losing weight!
Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Load up on fiber rich foods, such as whole grain cereal (oatmeal can be your best friend) but you can certainly have a bowl of whole grain cereal any time of the day...if you eat bread, make it whole grain.

Most importantly, you know what foods you love, make sure you leave room for those or have a good sub. as you don't want to deprive yourself, it is a sure set up for failure.

Breakfast is more important than dinner. If you can, cut back on carbs(starches like pasta, bread or potatoes) at dinnertime. That would help you lose faster/ other than that it sounds like a very balanced diet.

that all sounds good but you shouldent eat after 7 pm because your body dosent have enough time before you go to bed to process the food

Hello

You have to have breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day. Oatmeal or whole-grain cereal with Skim milk and a piece of fruit is fine.

Just remember to eat balanced meals and don't starve yourself and the weight will come off.

It's impossible to say exactly how much weight you will lose, because it depends on your current weight and other variables. With that diet and exercise you should be able to drop 2-3lbs a week though.

Best of Luck to you~
