Not food! I suggest, soul-food of the days ( prayers in the morning ) for your mind and soul and exercise for your body!

Yogurt and granola is a good, light breakfast. Better if you eat it with fresh fruit like berries or bananas (both health-wise and taste-wise). You get calcium and some protein from the yogurt, whole grains from the granola, and fiber and good sugars from fruit.

egg whites- first put onions, mushrooms, some minced garlic and red crushed pepper in microwave for 2 minutes then pour the egg beaters or whites for another 3 minutes it will fill you up all day with a fat free bagel I eat it everyday delicious try it

Pancakes! Gobs of butter and loads of syrup.

All you have to do is make sure that you don't eat loads of cabohydrates, cuz if u don't do anything and don't use it then it will turn into fat turning u fat!
My breakfast menu:
Bread and butter or Bread and omelate or Bread and cheese or spagetti
with
boiled eggs or cornflakes or hash browns
with
Fruit juice or banana milkshake

Cereal and Toast.......

Cereal crops or grains are mostly grasses cultivated for their edible grains or a fruit seeds (i.e., botanically a type of fruit called a caryopsis). Cereal grains are grown in greater quantities and provide more energy worldwide than any other type of crop; they are therefore staple crops. They are also a rich source of carbohydrate. In some developing nations, grain constitutes practically the entire diet of poor people. In developed nations, cereal consumption is more moderate but still substantial.

The word 'cereal' derives from 'Ceres', the name of the pre-Roman goddess of harvest and agriculture. Grains are traditionally called corn in the United Kingdom and Ireland, though that word became specified for maize in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Toast is sliced bread which has been browned by exposure to dry heat. This browning reaction is a form of Maillard reaction. Toasting warms the bread, making it more pleasant to eat for some, and makes it crisp such that it holds toppings more securely. Toasting is also a common method of making stale bread palatable. Toast is often served with butter, cheese, marmalade, or any number of other toppings. Toast is a typical breakfast food.
