Raw food is anything that is not cooked or processed in any way.

Fresh fruit and vegetables, seeds, nuts - anything that is not cooked or processed in any way.
So:
- no meat, fish, eggs, chicken, canned or frozen foods
- no junk food such as chips, popcorn, fries, burgers, or pizza
- no milk, cheese or yogurt unless it is unpasteurized (that's hard to find these days)

raw foods? uncooked veggies like carrots, and fruit, i would think. anything that's not cooked.

Its helping my acne.

Raw foods diets consist of only foods that are not cooked. Hence, raw. Adding more green leafy veggies to yoru diet are never a bad idea. Some nutrients are actually more available for absorption w/ cooking, not raw, however. So unless you feel like eating like a goat, cook your food. And use Selsun Blue for dandruff.

Any food that has not been cooked or processed. Usually fruits/vegtables in their raw form would be like Apple, Orange, Banana, Celery, etc...

For greens their talking about green leafy vegtables like spinich, brocolli, asparagus, etc.

uncooked foods such as vegetables n fruits

raw foods are any foods that you can eat that have not been prepared at over 120 degrees.

mostly fruits, veggies, grains - by not cooking them you retain most of the nutrients in the food
