Why is processed pork so SALTY?!

Its part of the curing, preservation process.

Because they have a crapload of salt added.

Salt is a preservative.

just a cut of fresh pork, such as a pork chop or loin roast and such are not salty because they havent been processed....
pork belly, is there anything better from out melting pot population and out processed .
salty.. it gives many processed candies, frostings, and icing their bright white color it is a common ingredient...
bacon chocolate, i thought there wasn`t a thing that hadn`t it been infused with the salty smoky awesome-ness that is bacon..... processed....
