Question: At McDonalds, or any restrauant for that matter, do they have to provide you with the nutrition information for everything they offer?

There's a move afoot but to date all of the nutritional information is voluntary. McD, BK and Wendys all have brocures that they can give you
No they don't. Nor have I heard of them planning on doing it anytime soon.
