Have you ever made ice cream out of snow?!

Question: just wondering if anyone else has tried it and what they thought

Answers: just wondering if anyone else has tried it and what they thought

yes! we make it everytime it snows. to make it you use about 4 qts of CLEAN snow, 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 cup of milk, and 3/4 cup of sugar. it is absolutely delicious! you have to play around with the snow, milk, and sugar to find what works with your taste buds. and you'll need extra snow in another bowl to add as the mixture melts very quickly.

how do you do that i want to know??

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF course! All the time when I was little. We would buy diffrent syrup flavors and make cones after it had snowed! They're good!

nope i never have but if u are planning on doing it remember not to use yellow snow lol

Don't eat yellow snow. I learned that lesson a LONG time ago (never do that again).

it did ONCE..in '98

Yes, I love it. Do you need a recipe?

Never. Never even thought about it either.

yes, but they were called snow cones. I wouldn't do it now though because of all the pollution in the atmosphere

Made it with snow and salt as the freezing agent only in a hand cranked machine...yes.

We used to when I was little and it was awesome; however, we lived out in the county and had relatively clean snow. I wouldn't want to try it where I live now.
