Blue berry pancakes?!

Answers: i eat alot of them are they healthy what do they have to offer

I buy frozen blueberries and use them a lot.

If you use them in pancakes, thaw them in the m/wave, and then rinse, rinse, rinse until the water is no longer blue. That way you won't turn the pancake batter blue. Unless you actually want that. ;-)

I also use blueberries as a summer evening snack frozen in a bowl of cereal. It often satisfies a craving for ice cream and keeps me from a bowl of it, when I don't need the extra calories. I also add them to a blender drink with milk and vanilla yogurt for a quick breakfast drink.

If you can keep them on hand, you will find lots of ways to incorporate them into your diet. They are low in calories, provide good fiber, and are loaded with antioxidants. Oh, and they are pretty and taste good!

Well, blueberries are really good for you. But you really don't get that many in a stack of pancakes.

Blurberries are really good for you. I don't see why they wouldn't be healthy. I Love Blueberry Pancakes.

They are good, make me some ummmmmmm!

Blueberries are healthy for you.. I like them too. <*-*>
