My favourite is Italian and I make my own as I like it the best and use my mother & grandmother's recipes.

Eating out or ordering in I prefer Chinese.

1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs, we use a package now containing, basil, marjoram,thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano. Report It

We also grow & dry the herbs as well. Put in a large heavy pot and start on medium heat then reduce to simmer for minimum 3 hours, stir frequently. Enjoy Report It

A thought. You can use the meats with 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan, 3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley, 3 eggs, and put the cloves & onions Report It

into the mix and using an ice cream scoop to size meatballs, not too firmly and put them into the tomato sauce simmering. You have nice meatballs too. Report It
