i feel overfull and it was over 3000 calories for sure

when you are trying to lose weight a binge like thatwill definitly be a problem
However if you are typicaly a healthy eater but not necessiarly tring to lose weight you are not going to scyrocket up 5 pounds because you went overboard.
A few days of your regular diet and everything should be back to normal
How much you will gain depends entirely on your metabolism and how old you are and how much exercerise to get.
I'd say a lot if you eat like that all the time =]
Just one day shouldn't do you harm. Just eat VERY sensibly and make up for it.
And maybe go for a jog once you're done digesting =]

You might want to go running, bicycling, or do some jumping jacks or crunches today. Eating a sensible diet for a few days should also help make up for that. Also, try to get some antioxidants or something in your system.
