What kind of breakfast....?!

Question: can i eat so it won't make me hungry later in the day and i can be -right on time- hungry for lunch?

my lunch time at school is 12:50ish p.m (I have 3rd lunch) (there are 4 lunch periods)
...Anyways.. I eat just cereal in the morning around 7:00 a.m.

well somehow that cereal in my stomach doesn't seem to last long and later during 10:30 a.m. my stomach growls while I'm sitting in class. (I can't bring anything to eat for that class so don't suggest that :P)

I was just wondering what things I could eat that can last me until lunch time so that my stomach won't start growling during class while I'm trying to learn!?

Oatmeal
Fresh Fruit
Fruit smoothie
Toast with peanut butter
Bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter

oatmeal does it for me.

oatmeal with fruit and juice

You can have Oatmeal with some fruits or oatmeal with toasted bread with butter, or a muffin =)

Eat cereal, then have some kind of fruit to go along with it. I would suggest blueberries, because they're full of anti-oxidants and the keep you from getting that sleepy feeling when you're bored at school.

I would say a hearty bowl of grits or some oatmill might do the trick.
