What juices can I buy that don't have high fructose corn syrup in it?!


Question: HFCS is in almost everything! It contributes to weight gain and is unhealthy, this is why when doctors will tell diabetics to avoid foods with HFCS. This is also why health food markets avoid selling products with HFCS.
It's cheap to make and their is an abundance of corn in AMerica, this is why it is in everything we eat. Because health aware Americans have started to avoid products with HFCS i them, the FDA is allowing companies to use another name for HFCS, so that we won't know what we are buying and eating. I forgot what the new name is called.

Ones that say "100% Juice"
Or simply read the ingrediants, if high fructose corn syrup is not listed, they don't contain it. Seems simple enough, doesn't it?
Welch's sells many varieties as do Juicy Juice

FIrst poster is correct. Many of the Welch's juices are 100% and of course Juicy juice, I think V8 is also 100% fruit and veggie as well.

It should say 100% juice. You gotta read the labels.

I get my daughter Juicy Juice, it's 100% juice and I'm pretty sure last time I looked it didn't have the high fructose corn syrup added.
