How much protien and calcium in 2 sticks of cheese?!

Question: I just ate 2 sticks of standard cheese, each 5cm in length and 1cm in depth. Is the less,equal or more in protien than a slice of ham? And what about the calcium?
Basically i'm doing this because I want to grow from 5"10 to 6"1 by the time im 18 in a year.
