V8 has a new juice blend fruit and veggies with a full serving of each and you cannot taste the veggies! And its 100% juice, no sugar.

In the meantime remmber the biggest obstacle to trying to lose weight is forcing yourself to eat in a way that doesn't make you happy. So experiment as to the veggies, maybe there are some you could eat raw with some fat free ranch or if you can eat salad, load it up with differents types of lettuce and find a dressing you like that is diet friendly and try differnt veggies in it such as radishes, carrots, cucumbers, maybe even mix fresh spinach in--it is wonderful in a salad.

Look for smoothie and shake recipes that use fruit with vegetables to hide the vegetables. prevention.com has some. Any good book store will have books one some recipes as well. Take a look.

Learn to like them. There must be some veggies you like. Cook them into things. Chili has onions and beans, you can add extra onions and peppers when cooking it. Spaghetti has onion, you can add zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and it tastes really good. Make Shepard pie and double the veggies. Also, eat more fruit, it tastes better and has all the vitamins and fiber of veggies. You can add shredded veggies to almost anything.

Combine them as a puree in a chili or bolognaise sauce.
The strong spices, herbs and flavorings should disguise the taste of "nasty" veggies.
Don't forget that you can use fruit as a substitute for veg.
Apples, oranges, bananas, pineapples, peaches, etc.
BUT best use fresh or frozen rather than tinned.

eat them down,i dont likey either have to make myself

I agree the first answerer. V8 is a great way to get a full serving of vegetables and it's less work.. You don't have to worry about trying to fit it into your meals and best of all no cooking is involved but you really should try to fit some whole vegetables in..

Are you sure you hate ALL vegetables?? There's so many of them out there and such a wide variety of foods w/ veggies in them....I find it hard to believe that you hate all vegetables. Do you like tacos? They have veggies in them...or how 'bout pizza? Also something that has veggies....hamburgers too....or sandwiches for that matter..you can put lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on all of these things. And I haven't even begun to talk about the benefits of spices and seasonings.....what about salt and pepper for starters?? You don't have to saturate the veggies with it but it doesn't hurt to flavor something. Or perhaps garlic pepper or paprika? Those are both mild seasonings that can make your veggies taste better.....
