What makes meat so greasy?!

It's an animal product, animals have fat. The more expensive cuts of meat are more marbled (fat throughout) and are more tender. Cheaper cuts of meat are less greasy and dryer (and therefore tougher). Animal fat = grease.
Well cuppy cake if 5 years of graduate school and 30 years of work in the meat industry is a good enough reference for you then. Meat is greasy because it has fat in it. The particular fat is generally mostly saturated. In some species more than it others. Saturated fat tends to feel greasy, liquid fats tend to feel oilly if that seem like a logical difference.
