I'm in the US. Tonight, I'm going to make poached salmon with a sour cream dill sauce, twice baked potatoes, and asparagus vinaigrette. I made some creamy rice pudding a little while ago, and we'll have some of that for dessert if we still have room for it after eating supper.

I get off work at 10am, when I get home I will make Pot Roast in the crock pot. And in about 4 hours I'll have a delicious roast, potatoes,carrots and peas. I live in the USA in Las Vegas, Nevada.
