What is "white garlic pizza"? What is on this pizza besides garlic?!

Question: cheese, no sauce

Answers: cheese, no sauce

cheese

White Garlic Pizza (Pizza doesn't always have to have tomato sauce on it. This is delicious.)

Ingredients:
1 (13.8-oz) tube of refrigerated Pillsbury classic pizza crust (found by crescent rolls/premade cookie dough) *
1 Tb olive oil
garlic powder or minced fresh garlic (to taste)
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (Or you can use a five-cheese blend like the one from Kraft which includes low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella, provolone, romano, asiaso, and parmesan cheese)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400o. Spray or grease cookie sheet or pizza pan. (I use a 13-inch "thin crust" pizza pan)
Unroll dough on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Press to desired size, shape and thickness.
Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic. Top with mozzarella cheese and dollups of ricotta cheese.

Bake 10-15 minutes.

Just cheese. White pizza has no sauce on it.

Ricotta cheese and usually mozzerella as well. May have a drizzle of olive oil and herbs, such as oregano.
