What methods are used in the EU countries in slaughtering the stock?!
Answers: in the EU , do they shoot the stock by fier armes? or do they put them to sleep first so they dont feel pain and then slaughter them? ( that is by the neck)
Strange question, but NO, no animals (farm raised, home raised)should be put to sleep before slaughtering them. the reason for that is to let blood drain out of these animals. methods are same as the ones used in the US.
Pigs get slaughtered by knives through the breast bone close to heart, cows - throats get cut, lambs - same. Chicken - punctured by sharp lancets through their beeks to brain (home version - head gets chopped off). rabbits - clubbed behind their ears with blunt force, severing main nerve leading to head.All methods are considerably humain, as humain slaughtering of an animal could be. No one is interesed in causing pain to animals just for some vicked pleasure.
