Do you like oxtails?!

Question: what do u like with them? how do u like them?

I like mines with rice and cabbage and gravy and plaintains. I liked them seasoned and cooked so well the meat falls off the bone.

YES. my family is from the islands..(TRINIDAD & tobago) so i always have oxtail. i usually eat it with rice..or sometimes my mother makes curry chicken and some oxtail and rice and cabbage, calalloo and maybe some pumpkin...lol. =) i love curry chicken roti...=)
