Which bird is better? Turkey or a Chicken?!

Question: What's your favorite bird and which one tastes better?

Answers: What's your favorite bird and which one tastes better?

I prefer chicken or cornish hens. Haven't had turkey in years since the family one by one started saying they really didn't care for turkey. If it's l0 - 12 people being served I will have 2 large roasting chickens or individual cornish hens. I don't use cranberry sauce either anymore, I use sour pitted cherries in a light syrup and no complaints anymore in that direction either.

Works for us. My oldest son's birthday in two weeks. It's going to be cornish hens. Thank you. Report It

  • Love em both.
Since taste is subjective what one taste better to me might not be better to you.

Turkey ***** now stop being a Nosey *****

    My favorite is chicken.:)

my favorite bird is the penquin they are sooooo cute but I've never eatin one yet.

I find turkey to be kinda dry. So I prefer chicken, to me its more moist and yummy.

Maybe all the people that have cooked it for me have been doing it wrong, but everytime I try it on that one day of the year (Thanksgiving) its always dry.

CHICKEN gets my vote! It's the most versatile of the two birds. I could eat it everyday!

    Turkey

wow thats hard considering they are the only 2 meats i eat and i eat them every day...i love grilled chicken but i also love dark meat on a turkey...they are both awesome!!!

You can never go wrong with a smoked turkey and the best place to get one is from Greenberg! www.gobblegobble.com :)
