cous cous, rice salad, green salad - sandwiches,wraps or pitta breads filled with anything like houmous (very yum), tuna mayo, any meat from your leftover roast etc. Blocks of cheese - I love wraps with roasted veggies in it. Also try this sandwich. I had it at Boots a while ago and then made a similar thing at home and it's very healthy and yum: spread hummus over the bread instead of butter, then peel and grate a carrot and fill the sandwich with it. The Boots one had alfafa sprouts which gave it a fresh nutty kind of taste but it's still nice without. Try it. Really nice on brown/malted bread especially. Good luck!!

Yogurt, salad, fruit sticks,

hard boiled egg. cheese and crackers, juice,soup, salad, peanuts, dinner left overs, sandwiches, peanut butter and jam,wheat thins. fruit rollups

Granola bar, vegetable juice, Ham and lettuce sandwhich, and never forget to put an apple in (or any other fruit).

Rice n curd--or bread and tomatoes in it...

Ham

Naan or pitta bread (naan is nicer)
Yoghurt
Dips and some crackers
