jellyfish salad , i didn't care for it , like grisly cabbage. cow brains are good , dog , monkey , fish eye soup , fish intestine in a bowl
[ dont know what it is called }, probably horse etc all those were good . i just did not like the jellyfish.

I had a piece of alligator that was breaded and fried,it taste was so mild, it was OK..

i don't eat things that i don't recognize.

cow's tongue. I thought it was just a very tender piece of meat, until after I ate it and then my friend told me what I had eaten. needless to say...........I almost puked.

Czarnina. Not strange to me but for everyone else it is. Duck Blood Soup, it's a polish speciality. You can always find it pre-cooked at a polish market, or order it usually at a polish family owned resteraunt.

Grasshoppers and crickets.....not bad!!!

Donkey meat is the one that stands out in my memory.
It tastes like I imagine what beef would taste like if you wrapped it up with some old fish and kept it for a day or two longer than you should have... Not so great.

I was disappointed though as I usually enjoy trying new and unusual foods.
