What did you eat so far today?!

It's 3:30 pm - I've had a Starbucks vanilla latte - iced, decaf, nonfat.

breakfast-english muffin and an orange
snack- a few fried cheese balls (not a great idea, but i work in a restuarant and can't avoid the fried stuff sometimes.)
lunch-chicken sandwich

A granola bar for breakfast with a cup of coffee (usually just coffee)
A Lean Cuisine Barbecue Chicken Pizza for lunch with Crystal Light Raspberry tea.
and
a Rice Krispie treat.

A banana and a large coffee

fried chicken and biscuits from kfc and some junk food.

I had Cheerios, a grilled rosemary ham and swiss sandwich, a small bag of potato chips. Tonight I'll have fried chicken with fast food fries and a salad

A poached egg on an english muffin with coffee, a bowl of tomato soup, and a Venti Non Fat Vanilla Latte from starbucks.

a can of tuna

musashi protein shake and a glass of water

fried egg and 2 toasts ... and a donut ...

corn flakes with raspberrys on top yum

this morning toast and for lunch spaghetti, and a pepsi

A cooked egg.
A piece of zucchini bread.
Some fruit from a jar, I think it was some Dole mix.
Leftover scalloped potatoes.
A bite of egg salad.
The last 2 cookies I made the other day.
A whole wheat dinner roll with strawberry jam on it.

A corn muffin and some BBQ potato chips.

And it's dinner time already. No wonder I'm starving!

at 9:30 this morning on first break i had a chicken salad sandwich from the vending machine and also a chocolate covered cinnamon roll... at lunch break i have my left over lasagna.. and a cup of mountain dew..when i got home from work i had a few cashews and now i am having cream of wheat's w/brown sugar and milk...

Its. 6:10 pm and I had a ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce on a dark german bread. I had 1 fruit punch vitamin water. I had a few doritos. Oh and I had a triple chocolate muffin from dunkin donuts. (it was great! I think it is a new feature for the month)

no breakfast at 3pm I had homemade soup and a glass of gingerale..
then I will have a mix of nuts , and dried fruits all natural, and a piece of baked chicken breast. If i want. maybe some broth.. Oh well I'm getting over a virus.
