Its called "The Special". I have either brown sugar, maple, or honey ham, hot or sweet capacola, buffalo turkey breast, and genoa salami. I use an extra sharp new york or vermont cheddar. I have mayo on both slices of bread and honey mustard on the turkey. I use a dark german, russian, or a dark 9-12 grain bread. Top it off with a half-sour kosher garlic pickle..... delish!
