Add the appropriate amount of hot water to Raspberry Jello. Stir well. Add 3/4 of the amount of cold water called for (either 3/4 c. or 1-1/2 c. depending on size of box), and substitute sour cream for the other 1/4 of amount. (OK, if it's a small box, it's like 1 c. cold water, right? Fill the cup with 3/4 c. cold water, then the rest sour cream.)
Place some sliced peaches in the molds, and fill with Jello mixture. Refrigerate 'til totally set, then unmold. (You know how to do that, right? Run a pan full of hot water, then dip the molds in, up to the top of mold, but don't let water get in. Just so that the outside gets warm everywhere the Jello is. THen tip 'em out. Best to place a plate over the top, hold together, then tip over both together.)
There. You've got Peach Melba Cream. :o)
for who and how many? just do plain jello
