How to kill the hotness from chilli peppers?!
Drink juice, eat sugars, milk? What is the best way to get rid the burn?
**Notes: Cuz Im gonna try to bite Naga Jolokia--the hottest pepper in the world ;)
Answers: Not from the food, but when you accidently bite hot chilli in your mouth.

i would do that eat the pepper that is im 14and i ate a habbenero [i thot they were the hottest] and long story short its a combo
1st bread
2nd sugar
3rd milk
bread always works like a charm in these situations for me
Drink milk it can relieve the sensation of your burning mouth.
Mythbusters did an episode on this, and milk was the winner.
hmmm, i thought devil's tongue was hottest pepper. anyways, i heard bread or milk or potato helps with pepper's hotness.
I've always heard base solutions work...a common one is milk. Another trick is to not let the hotness get you too badly. In other words, don't let the chemical that gives peppers their heat get all over your mouth. Don't chew the sucker, just swallow it or something. Might give you heartburn but it's better than fire-mouth and tears!
Haha, well good luck with that. Should be an experience.
For me the best thing is bread. This is pretty much the best way to kill the burn. Something about the ingredients in bread seem to do the trick. Although I don't know if this is going to help you much with the Naga Jolokia.

The person who said myth buster's and to drink milk is right, I also saw a special on the cooking network and they said dairy products, also they said to avoid water because it will just spread the hotness around in your mouth.
My ex husband, who was Mexican, said to always bite a pepper with food in your mouth already. But, bread and sugar does help.
