Keeping Restaurant Juice cold???!
Answers: We are opening up a smoothie place, and everything is great...except the juice in the back is warm. I guess you would say it's like the same type that soda comes in...in a box. Well once it pumps to the front, it's warm and is making the smoothies look "thin"....not that great texture it should have cause it's cold. We have come to a conclusion it is the juice that is causing this. We've added more ice and frozen ingredients, but it's not working. we should be adding more...cause then we are losing money. we can't put them in a refrigerator, cause we need the hoses to hook into the pumps. does it make any sense? Need help....thank you...
Does the company have a service dept.that helped you on this when you set it up.It sounds like it has a long way to travel.Back to front. You sure have a problem there. You shouldn't have to add any more ingredients, nor should you have to refrigerate the product.Sorry to here this.....I would call a refrigeration guy.Something isn't cooling right.
My guess...only......
