yea, it's probably more than that..but 1500 calories isn't alot.....

and CHOCOLATE is not lunch girl...try to eat a sandwich tomorow instaid

It really depends on the meat soup you ate. If you made it yourself, you can add the total calories for each ingredient used and go from there.

well no one can help you because we need to know the calorie content of eveything you use to make you tomato meat soup.

all you have to do is take a calculator and add it all up.

Yeah, it would be less than 1500 calories, but this is a very very poor, unhealthy menu. You cant just eat a chocolate bar for lunch. If you deprive yourself too much, your body will go in a starvation mode which slows down your metabolism and makes you gain the weight back. You should aim for a large breakfast to get your metabolism, cut down on red meats, eat lean cuts of meat, lots of fruits and veggies, no desserts and lots of water.

Yeah, its going to be much less, soup in general does not equal that many calories, unless you were eating big mac soup with croutons that were fries, it shouldn't be more then 250 calories. I personally would have more veggies, chicken etc to fill that soup, it'll make you more full and equals the amount of calories in the soup, hope this helps!
