What is the best type of tea to drink? Which gives the greater benefits?!

Question: As far as antioxidants go, green tea has the highest concentration. It's the antioxidants that is beneficial to your health. Green tea is the least process, followed by Oolong tea, then black tea. All other teas are variations to this theme. Then you have the flavored teas that I feel skeptical about; not even sure they're made from tea leaves - I think they're combined with other fruits, plant leaves, and artificial flavors. I think drinking tea in conjunction with a well balanced diet can yield a very healthy result. Drinking tea, or any other one-thing by itself is not at all healthy. Note: my favorite tea is barley tea (common in Japan; have not seen it in US stores).
