The eating potential when I go to the buffets is eat the expensive foods or any food that isnt common in your diet; i.e, sushi, prime rib, oyster shooters, clam, lobster, big shrimp and dim sum. Avoid rice, noodles, or any wheat made items because wheat can stuff the stomach.
I usually know the things that I like so I just go for that only. Even thought I like to taste a little bit of everythin I hate the feeling at the end. It feels like I haven't had anything specific but I am stuffed.
Pick foods you like and sample new foods. Go back for what you enjoyed.
