I think that most Tacos usually have about 1 to 11/2 ounces of meat in them.

If you are portioning out 2 ounces per taco, 225 pounds. So I would estimate about 240 pounds, for margin of human error.

I'd say 300lbs but you could probably get by with 200 for skimpy tacos.U letingeveryone make their own? Ifyour making them, portion control will be much easier cause some people are greedy pigs and will fill thier tacos with a lot of meat not taking anyone else into consideration.
