Just a silly question...what is your favorite salad dressing?!

Question: I HATE commercial, bottled salad dressings. There are some that are decent (Paul Newman's), but I prefer to make my own. I make a variety. My fave is one with cider vinegar & canola oil, fresh crushed garlic, dry mustard, oregano, worc. sauce. and a little sugar (or sweetener of some sort). I use that year round. I make a strawberry vinagrette in the summer with white wine vinegar, and various other dressing creations for a change. If I'm using feta cheese in a salad, then I use balsamic vinegar & olive oil.

I personally hate salad dressing, as it ruins the clean, crisp taste of the food itself and is not particularly good for you.

Italian, if you add some sugar to it, it's really sweet and sour so its yummy.
